Privacy settings

The privacy settings on some recent browsers may prevent some cookies being set if the setting are too strict. You can check you privacy settings on the following browsers.

Internet Explorer 6.0

1. Select Tools -> Internet Options from the menu.
2. Select the Privacy tab.
3. Select a lower privacy setting until the cookies are set correctly.

Netscape 7.0

1. Select File -> Preferences from the menu.
2. Select the Privacy & Security -> Cookies category.
3. If Disable cookies is selected then select another option.
4. If Enable cookies based on privacy settings is selected hit the View button.
5. Select a lower privacy setting until the cookies are set correctly.
